Stayed here for the second time because the first time was awesome. Happy with my choice. Great staff. Rooms were extra clean and looked like they were recently upgraded.Stayed for two nights. I always recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness of the room and bedding, quiet environment, and friendly helpful staff. Nice hotel and will chose this hotel again when visiting Paris Texas! Location close to restaurants and retail stores for shopping!

Room was very clean and roomy. Breakfast was hot and had a variety of choices. Staff was very friendly. Did not use the exercise room but it looked good. There were plenty of outlets for plugging in phone and IPad. Had no issues with the internet.

This was a business & family trip. Our stay was lovely. We extended our stay due to unforeseen circumstances on our end and they helped accommodate us. They went out of their way to help work us into another room and quicker than I expected. They stay pretty booked so it was really appreciated how much they helped us. The non-smoking rooms were fresh & clean. There wasn't any residual smells of smoke or anything. Due to severe allergies, I tend to be very sensitive and was impressed how clean things smelt. (you'd be surprised at some places with both types of rooms) The newer ac/heat units were great! I LOVE the constant fan option!! Check out time is fantastic. Breakfast for my kids was great. They even had fresh bananas I got to enjoy both mornings. (Again, severe allergies that limit me so it was great to see something I could have too.)

Room was clean and recently renovated. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. When I booked, I knew they had smoking and non-smoking rooms. We were in a non-smoking room, but the room next door was obviously smoking and in the morning it looked as if an ash tray had been dumped on the balcony right between our door and the next door. So there were cigarette smells in different places. I'm accustomed to a non-smoking hotel. So if cigarette smoke bothers you, I would choose a different hotel. Also a group of Hispanic men had a tailgate party with a pickup truck and charcoal grill just below our room. They were somewhat noisy and had music, but were quiet after 10:30 p.m.
